Mayor John E. McCormac, in conjunction with the Woodbridge Township Police Department (WPD) and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA), which coordinates Street Smart NJ, today announced the kick-off of the 2019 Street Smart Woodbridge pedestrian safety, motorist enforcement and education campaign. The campaign comes during National Distracted Driving Awareness Month. Mayor McCormac presented the NJTPA with a proclamation declaring April 4, 2019 as Street Smart Woodbridge Day.
