Park Ridge became the latest community to join the Street Smart NJ initiative, which now has more than 120 partner communities across the state.
Park Ridge Mayor Keith Misciagna discussed the campaign during a visit to a local coffee shop, which is helping promote Street Smart NJ’s safety messages, according to a Pascack Press article.
During the borough’s campaign, police will be stepping up enforcement of pedestrian-related laws and local officials and businesses will be sharing information about how people can stay safe when driving or walking.
