The New Jersey Bike & Walk Coalition, in partnership with the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety, has launched the NJ Safe Passing Law Resource Center. The new website aims to help raise awareness about the law.

Car crashes are the number one killer of teens in the United States. It's one of the reasons states like New Jersey have gradulated driver licensing laws.
